Signing in & office sessions
Open your company's RouteHub address and sign in with your email and password.
Your office session belongs to that company. Switching to another company's
address requires signing in there, even if the same email is used by both.
There is no Remember me option. Expired or signed-out sessions require your
password again. A page that reports Page Expired needs to be reloaded before
you retry the action. Signing in, signing out, or changing the company can expire
an older open form.
Use Log out when finished on a shared office computer. During View as,
use Stop impersonating to return to your own account in the same company.
When the office-session security update is released, existing signed-in users
will need to sign in again. If that update and the durable-session change happen
at different times, you will need to sign in again after each one. Once enabled,
an active session can survive an application restart until it expires or you sign
out. Driver-app token authentication is separate from office browser sessions.
